5 DAYS - TURKEY TOURS- FROM ISTANBUL

‘’5 Days Tour of Turkey Package” starts from Istanbul and returns to Istanbul and takes 5 Days & 4 Nights. Tour of Turkey Package covers the most famous destinations of Turkey; Ephesus Ruins, Pamukkale Hot Springs, and Istanbul! It includes Airport Transfers, Return Flight Tickets, Entrance Fees to the Museums, Licensed Local guides, and Lunch.

Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul

Welcome to Turkey! Upon landing at Istanbul New Airport(IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport(SAW), our team will welcome you at the exit by holding a sign with your name written on it. Then transfer to your hotel, and you have a free afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

Day 2  –Ephesus & House Of The Virgin Mary Tour

Around 04:00 – 05:00 am we will pick you up from your Istanbul hotel. Then transfer to the airport for your flight to Izmir(Ephesus). When you arrive at the airport, you make your self-check-in with the flight information provided to you after you booked this tour. And take your flight to Izmir(Ephesus). Upon arrival at Izmir Airport, our team will welcome you at the exit gate. Then, there will be approximately an hour of transfer to Ephesus, meet your group, and start this lifetime experience.

You will start your visit with one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world; Artemis Temple, the city ruins of Ephesus as Hadrian Temple, Celcius library, theater, hammams, and passing through the old harbor path. Then you will feel the holy atmosphere of the exceptional Isabey Mosque. You will have your lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant.

In the afternoon you will visit the House of the Virgin Mary where she spent her last 5 years, which is recognized by the Vatican as a pilgrimage destination for Christians, visited by Pope Leo XII and Benedict XVI. At the end of the tour transfer back to hotel and overnight stay in Kusadasi.

Day 3 – Pamukkale and Hiearapolis Tour

Breakfast at the hotel and make your check-out. At around 08:00 – 08:30 am meet your tour guide at the reception and drive 3 hrs for a full-day tour of Pamukkale Hot Springs & Hierapolis Ancient City

Pamukkale is a natural site containing hot springs and travertines; terraces of mineral carbonates left by the water flowing with its temperate climate throughout the years. While exploring the Pamukkale Hot Springs, we will also see some ancient artifacts from the Hierapolis Ancient City which is located by the side of Pamukkale. The natural sources of Pamukkale have been used as a spa

since the 2nd century BC, and people come to get some cure. At the end of the explanation given by your guide, you will have free time to swim or take some individual time around Pamukkale. During your time you may swim in the white terraces of Pamukkale(no extra cost), or in the Cleopatra Pool/Antique Pool(have an additional charge) filled with marble columns from the Roman temple of Apollo & Agora of the Ancient City Hierapolis. At the end of the tour transfer back to hotel and overnight stay in Kusadasi.

Day 4 – Flight From Izmir to Istanbul

We will pick you up from the hotel according to your flight time and transfer you to the airport. Your flight time to Istanbul is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Upon landing at Istanbul  Airport or Sabiha Airport, our team will meet you at the exit gate inside the domestic terminal. Then you will have a 1-hour drive to get to your hotel. Relax and enjoy your safe journey.

Day 5 – Istanbul Old -City Tour

The recommended departure time is 09:00 am to beat the crowds in Istanbul. We will pick you up after breakfast and you will join the tour. The first stop; you will explore is the Hagia Sophia, the symbol of Christianity comes from Byzantium time and was used as a Mosque during the Ottoman Time, and converted into a Museum today. After your Tour Guide pointed you through the history of it and the meanings & tips about the breathtaking mosaics and frescoes in the Hagia Sophia, you will continue to the Blue Mosque, called Sultanahmet Cami. This is one of the most symbolic examples of the Mosques that you may explore in Istanbul which was constructed during the Ottoman Empire Time. Then, head to the Topkapi Palace; a residential of the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire. This will be a great experience for you to see the sections of the Ottoman Sultans’ incredibly magnificent life, and perhaps to closely explore and examine the places you see in the series. At the end, you may explore the Basilica Cistern to see and learn about the aqueducts and water systems that were used centuries ago during Byzantium Time.
